Dimitris Eleas
Dimitris Eleas (born Athens 1973-based Brighton) is a writer, (independent researcher) and (political activist). Lives, and (then) writes. He worked in the catering industry for years; while writing was a backstage activity. Towards the end of 2009, he gave up the ‘day to day job’ to focus on his writing full time. ---------- Over the years, he attended lectures by prestigious world figures such as: Noam Chomsky, Nelson Mandela, Jacques Derrida, Yurgen Habermas, Cornelius Castoriadis, Kostas Axelos and Anthony Giddens. ---------- His first book was published in Athens, (debut as a 21 years old) Women (1994), in London the Ten Texts (2007). He has also published, ‘here and then’, texts in literary magazines and articles in newspapers and websites.---------- Email: dimitriseleas@gmail.com
